This website offers visitors a selection of jewelry (i.e., necklaces, bracelets, rings, anklets, earrings and body jewelry).
To use our website (this includes creating an account) and order any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You must at least be 18 years of age (or have your parent's/legal guardian’s permission), or be of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. As you are responsible for reading the description in the listing, which contains information about the jewelry metal, Kléos Jewelry is not responsible for possible skin irritation or allergy from these metals.
As the buyer, you are responsible for recognizing the shipping costs (this includes custom and duty fees) and payment fees before confirming the purchase. Please keep in mind that local charges such as sales tax, custom and duty fees, may apply depending on your location and custom duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.
The prices we charge for using our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. The price is set at the date on which you place your order.
We offer free shipping over $100 Canadian dollars for domestic orders and orders to the United States. This is exclusive to one address per transaction. We offer free shipping over $150 Canadian dollars for international orders. This is exclusive to one address per transaction. You do not qualify for free shipping if your shipping rate is over $50.
When you purchase an item on sale you recognize that the item is non-refundable, but exchange only.
Kléos Jewelry reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice. For instance, pricing, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event that a product is sold out, Kléos Jewelry has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount that was paid by the customer. Kléos Jewelry will contact the customer and suggest an equivalent replacement product if possible/available.
