Return Policy


For necklaces and bracelets that have not been damaged or used, simply return the item with its included accessories and packaging along with the receipt within 10 days of the date that you received your item. Once we receive the item we will provide a refund based on the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.

Due to hygiene purposes, ALL earrings are final sale, meaning we cannot accept the exchange or return of earrings/earring cuffs. 

  • Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost when returning the item to us. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Returns that arrive and are damaged from improper customer packaging will be rejected. 

 How do I make a return?

  • Please send us an email at and let us know you would like to make a return.

  • Please provide your order number and the item(s) that you wish to exchange in your email.

  • Please include your tracking number.

Once we review your email we will provide a return address for your shipping label. Once the package has arrived we will return your items and process it within 3-5 business days.


In the rare event that your Jewelry arrives damaged Kléos Jewelry will provide a full refund for the item. 

Please send us an email at along with a picture or video of the damaged/broken item so that we can provide a full refund.

 *** We are not responsible for shipping fees with any returned items for any reasons nor are we responsible for undeliverable addresses, or reasons out of our control (e.g., you moved and are no longer able to pick up your package, you wrote the incorrect address or name, etc.).

 *** In the case that you have provided an undeliverable address and the package is sent back to our carrier, we advise that you contact us immediately. If this occurs you can provide us with the deliverable address for a new shipping label and we will have the package re-directed to you.

 *** We are only responsible for damaged or lost items enroute to the destination. Additionally, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped to the destination.

***We offer free shipping over $100 Canadian dollars for domestic orders and orders to the United States. This is exclusive to one address per transaction. We offer free shipping over $150 Canadian dollars for international orders. This is exclusive to one address per transaction. You do not qualify for free shipping if your shipping rate is over $50.

  • If an order needs to be cancelled, please contact us within 12 hours at

  • If an order is shipped out already, we will not be able to cancel the order.


  • Payments can be made safely through PayPal or Stripe with credit and debit cards. Please note that we do not store any credit card or debit card information.
